Packet  pickup and registration: You must have your picture ID and your USAT card.  If you are not a USAT member you will be required to purchase a one-day USAT license for $10.

·       Saturday, March 15 from noon to 6:00 at Jackson Park on the Texas Lutheran University campus.

·       Sunday, March 16—Packet pickup starts at 6:30 AM outside Jackson Auditorium.  There will be a $10.00 surcharge for race day registration.

 

Race Prep Procedures: After you get your packet:

·       Body marking—Volunteers will mark your category on your bicep and calf.

·       Timing chip—pick up your timing chip from the volunteer at the Run-Far table (unless you registered with your own).

·       Bike Inspection—have your bike and helmet inspected before you go take them into the transition area

·       Transition area—PARTICIPANTS ONLY WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE TRANSITION AREA!           Select your spot in transition.

 

Parking:  TLU is on spring break.  You do not need a parking permit to park on campus.

 

Join us after the race at the party barn at Jackson Park for a baked potato, homemade cookies, and live bluegrass music with the Ledbetters.  The awards ceremony will start soon after the last athlete finishes.
